Rob Jones is a highly qualified and extremely experienced technician who has spent almost all of his life working with Mercedes-Benz cars, a wealth of experience that is now available to local Mercedes-Benz owners.

For almost 20 years Rob worked for one of the UK’s leading Mercedes-Benz dealerships – Hughes of Beaconsfield, where customers ranged from celebrities such as Ozzie Osbourne and Rolf Harris to leading businessmen. As Quality Production Auditor, he was also responsible on behalf of Mercedes-Benz UK for checking the quality of vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Germany, coming into the UK.

Having moved to Hereford, in 2004 Rob decided to use his extensive experience to set up his own business servicing and maintaining Mercedes-Benz cars, rapidly establishing an enviable reputation, for his knowledge, expertise, skill – and honesty.

The business which Rob originally ran from his Credenhill home has now moved to Moreton-on-Lugg and, with the appointment of a BMW factory-trained technician, he has now extended the same level of service and reliability to BMW owners.
